Simmons & Sadler Rehabilitation specialises in home-based physiotherapy tailored to older adults recovering post-hospital discharge. I prioritise enhancing strength, balance, and independence for my clients. One man team of myself, HCPC registered Physiotherapist. I have been working for the NHS for over 10 years. I have worked specifically in older persons rehab for 4 years. If you choose my independent service I will conduct initial home assessments, craft personalised rehabilitation plans, and provide weekly sessions aimed at improving mobility in and outside your home. Focusing on safe and effective recovery practices, I help clients regain their independence and improve their quality of life in Faringdon and surrounding areas.
