Refund Policy – Simmons & Sadler Home RehabilitationAt Simmons & Sadler Home Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised physiotherapy care in your home. This refund policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.1. Payments Payment is required in advance of each session or programme unless otherwise agreed. Block bookings (e.g. 6-week rehabilitation programmes) must be paid in full prior to the first session.

 

2. Cancellations by the Client - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged at the full session rate and are non-refundable. - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full session fee being charged and is non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellations by Simmons & Sadler Home Rehabilitation If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: - An alternative appointment time, or - A full refund for the affected session

 

4. Block Bookings / Rehabilitation Programmes - Refunds for unused sessions within a prepaid package may be considered on a case-by-case basis. - If a programme is discontinued due to medical reasons, a partial refund may be issued for unused sessions, minus any sessions already delivered. - No refunds will be given for completed sessions.

 

5. Dissatisfaction with Service If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.

 

6. Late Arrival If you are late to your appointment, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full session fee will still apply.
